By accessing or using www.creators.voyage (the “Site”), participating in any challenge, or engaging with any community facilitated by Creators LLC (“Creators,” “we,” or “us”), you agree to comply with these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services.
These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, participants, and contributors around the world.
2. Eligibility
If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or guardian and be of the required age in your local jurisdiction to participate. Certain challenges with financial or contractual elements may require age verification or additional documentation.
3. Use of Third-Party Platforms
Creators may facilitate co-creation challenges and community engagement using third-party platforms and services. These external platforms have their own terms of use and privacy policies. You are solely responsible for complying with those third-party policies in addition to ours.
While Creators maintains oversight of its hosted spaces, we are not responsible for the actions, content, data handling, or technical performance of external platforms.
4. Intellectual Property
a. Creators Content
All original content on the Site, including but not limited to text, visuals, branding, and design, is the intellectual property of Creators LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable U.S. and international intellectual property laws.
b. User Submissions
By submitting content through a challenge or platform organized by Creators:
You retain ownership of your work.
You grant Creators LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, and publicly display your submission in connection with the operation, promotion, and archiving of the relevant challenge or program.
You represent that your content is original and that you have the necessary rights or permissions to submit it.
Custom or challenge-specific IP or licensing terms may apply and will be shared where relevant.
5. Prohibited Conduct
Users of the Site and participants in Creators activities agree not to:
Engage in illegal, abusive, or harmful behavior
Submit plagiarized, defamatory, or misleading content
Violate the rights of others, including intellectual property and privacy rights
Tamper with or disrupt the platform, its services, or other users’ participation
Misrepresent themselves or their affiliations
Creators reserves the right to remove content, disqualify participants, or ban users who violate these standards.

That challenges will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
That submissions will be selected, published, or rewarded
That any outcome or result is guaranteed by participation
Creators is not responsible for delays, technical failures, or misconduct on third-party platforms.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Creators LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Site or your participation in any challenge or program.
This includes, without limitation, loss of data, opportunity, profit, or reputation.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Creators LLC, its affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from:
Your use of the Site
Your participation in challenges or submissions
Your violation of these Terms or applicable laws
Your infringement on the rights of any third party
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels within the U.S., unless otherwise specified in a particular challenge’s rules.

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the “Effective Date” above. Your continued use of the Site or participation in our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
