Our co-creation challenges and communities may be hosted or facilitated through third-party digital platforms. While each platform has its own moderation and security tools, Creators provides active oversight and encourages users to report inappropriate or unsafe behavior directly to us.
We work to ensure:

Transparent challenge rules and review processes
Safeguards against manipulation, impersonation, or exploitation
Confidential handling of reports and misconduct

Secure handling of data using encryption and best practices
Disclosure when third-party platforms are used for participation

4. Challenge Fairness
Creators is committed to fair, merit-based participation in all hosted challenges. We enforce:
Clear and publicly available eligibility and judging criteria
Conflict-of-interest management among judges and evaluators
Equal access to challenge details and submission timelines
Anti-plagiarism policies and proper acknowledgment of original work
Violations of fairness or integrity may result in disqualification or exclusion from future events.
5. Working with Minors
Some challenges may be open to participants 18 years of age or younger. In such cases, we:
Require verified parental or guardian consent where legally necessary
Do not knowingly collect personal data from people under 18
Promote safe adult guidance and visible communication channels
Do not permit unmoderated direct contact between adults and minors

If you witness behavior or content that appears unsafe, unfair, or abusive, we encourage you to report it.
